SO YOU WANT TO KNOW WHY MELANIA WORE HIGH HEELS AND A FLOTUS HAT?

Because she and Don didn't go to Houston.

They went to Corpus Christi, which is over 300km south west of Houston and suffered very little from Harvey, and Austin, which is nearly 300km west of Houston, which did suffer some damage but nowhere near that of Houston.

But Don said he witnessed "first hand" the damage. Yeah, maybe in Austin, but not in Houston.

Again, like taking credit for jobs announced under Obama...
